William & Harry Officially Set for Showdown as Report Reveals Exact Location They’re Arranged to Speak for the 1st Time in Years
Ever since Prince Harry met with his father, King Charles, last year, there have been rumors that the royal family is moving towards a reconciliation. Harry has been open about his desire to reconcile with his family, and at least with his father, it seemed like he was making progress. However, most reports indicated that William wasn’t so keen to patch things up with his brother.
Will that change? RadarOnline is reporting that King Charles is really trying to help end the feud between his sons as well as spend time with his grandchildren, Prince Archie, who is 6, and Princess Lilibet, who is 4. And it will all happen at Charles’ Sandringham estate in Norfolk, England.

In fact, the outlet indicates that the king is increasingly frustrated about William’s unwillingness to talk to his brother. “Charles is at the point where he wants to forgive Harry and find a path forward, but William simply won’t hear of it, no matter what his father says,” an insider said.
“It’s become a huge battle because William carries enormous influence behind the scenes. And the truth is, many within the Firm still believe Harry and Meghan are toxic – so Charles doesn’t have much support when it comes to welcoming them back.”
The heir to the throne has reportedly not forgiven Harry for what he considers a series of betrayals, among them his Oprah interview and his memoir Spare. And it could all mean the meeting doesn’t take place.
Ever since Harry and Meghan stepped down as working royals, they’ve lost the security detail that protects all working royals. Harry has refused to bring his kids and his wife to the UK without what he considers adequate protection. If Charles invites the family to Sandringham, it is believed that could come with protection. But William is reportedly blocking the invite.
“Harry still hasn’t gotten security approved, and it’s looking increasingly likely it’ll be denied,” said the insider. “Politically, it’s not seen as something that would go down well with the public – and William is said to be thrilled because in his eyes, Harry is getting exactly what he deserves.”
Charles is reportedly trying to push the issue behind the scenes, but William is not on his side. “Charles is convinced William is meddling and quietly working against him,” the insider added. “He’s absolutely furious and has demanded William back down, but William is only digging in harder. They’re at a total standstill – and time is running out.”
The brothers have reportedly not spoken since Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in September 2022. Even then, the interaction was described as brief, but at least there was a confirmed conversation. They were once again in the same place in August 2024 at a memorial service for their uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes. It is believed they did not speak to each other during that particular meeting.
Will the meeting happen? Who will prevail, Charles or William? Does this family feud have a happy ending? We’ll have to wait and see.
