Princess Kate marked Earth Day 2026 with a more personal message than usual, sharing a series of sweeping landscape photos on Instagram that reflect her continued focus on nature and wellbeing following her cancer battle. Alongside the pictures, she wrote, “When we listen to the rhythms of Mother Nature, we remember where we belong.” She signed the post with her first initial, “C.”

The post is linked to her ongoing “Mother Nature” video project, which she and Prince William have been releasing through YouTube since May 2025. The videos are posted quarterly, with one for each season.

Following the post, royal sources told RadarOnline in a report on April 23 that Kate has developed a “deeply personal connection” to nature during her recovery.

“Catherine has leaned fully into spiritual wellness—some might even say she’s gone full white witch in the way she talks about energy, nature, and healing,” one insider said.

Another explained, “After what she’s been through, she’s drawn to rituals of calm, reflection, and connection with the natural world. It’s less about labels and more about survival and peace.”

Kate initially shared the news of her cancer diagnosis in March 2024, and by January 2025, she confirmed she had entered remission. In the first installment of her “Mother Nature” video series, Kate reflected on that time, saying nature had “been my sanctuary” throughout her fight.

She spoke about the power of being outdoors, saying, “The natural world’s capacity to inspire us, to nurture us and to help us heal and grow is boundless and has been understood for generations.”

“It is through nature that we can fully understand the true interconnectedness of all things, the importance of balance and the importance of renewal and resilience,” she continued. “Connecting to nature helps us to experience a deep sense of ourselves, the world around us and each other.”

Kate concluded, “Just as nature revives and renews, so too can we. Let us reconnect to nature and celebrate a new dawn within our hearts.”
