Harry & Meghan Reportedly Facing Marriage Issues Over His Flirty Text Leak—It’s a ‘Total Nightmare’ for the ‘Shocked’ Duchess

It feels like there are reports about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle facing marriage issues once every few months. The same happens with Kate Middleton and Prince William, and even King Charles and Queen Camilla. And outside of royalty, it’s also a pattern we can see a lot with most celebrity couples.
But are Harry and Meghan having marriage problems? RadarOnline is reporting that some exchanges between Harry and journalist Charlotte Griffiths, which were revealed in court as part of Harry’s privacy case against Associated Newspapers Limited, publisher of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, might be causing some issues.

Harry had previously denied having a close relationship with Griffiths.
“This is an extremely embarrassing situation for Harry as well as [Duchess] Meghan [Markle],” a source told the outlet. The messages were all sent years before the couple met so there’s no suggestion of cheating. But it’s a public image issue.
“The fact that this exchange between Harry and another woman has all been revealed in open court is a total nightmare, not just because it may weaken his case by showing he was fraternizing with the press at a time he claims they were persecuting him, but it also paints him as a flirty, hard-partying character who clearly has skeletons in his closet that Meghan doesn’t or didn’t know about.”
This has put a strain on their marriage.
According to the source, Markle was “shocked to hear about this other woman and understandably wants to know the full story and the precise nature of their relationship.”
Harry and Griffiths became Facebook friends in 2011, with the prince reportedly even giving her his private number. Then, in December, Harry sent the journalist a Facebook message reading, “It’s H, in case you were confused by name and picture!!! X.”
Griffiths responded, “Hello, Mr Mischief… Did you get home OK slash did you actually find your car and did you beat Arthur down the motorway more importantly?!” She added, “What a fun weekend of naughtiness – can’t we all get up to no good in the countryside every weekend, damn it?? Smooches, CG String. Xxx”
The journalist testified in March that the last time she and Harry met up socially was in June of 2012.
According to RadarOnline, Harry is “defending himself passionately, saying this all happened a very long time ago and once again it’s a case of the press and their legal pitbulls trying to sling mud at him and hope that it sticks. He acknowledges having a playful [exchange] with this woman. But he’s swearing up and down that’s as far as it went – just a bit of friendly fun and that there’s no need to read between the lines or associate his behavior back then with who he is today.”
Either way, this couldn’t come at a worse time for the couple. “Everyone knows Harry and Meghan have been under colossal stress recently. They’re constantly putting out fires and dealing with crisis after crisis,” the source said.
